THE PROBLEM
Children from underserved communities do not receive the same opportunities as other children regardless of how smart they are or how hard they work.
OUR SOLUTION
K.I.C.K. stands for Knowledge Intended to Create Keys
These “keys” are the necessary tools for kids to live a healthy life, and excel in school and any other path they would like to take after graduation.
What are “the keys”?
Keys are essential life skills that students either do not learn in school or do not spend enough time on.
Examples of these are:
Study Habits: How to build them and how to know what kind of learner you are
Entrepreneurship: The basics of it, what it is, and how to get into it
Resume Building: Including the job application process
Mental health: What it is, how to maintain it, and why it is important
